We do not currently pay dividends on any shares of our common stock and we currently intend to retain all available funds and any future earnings for use in the operation of our business. We may, however, pay cash dividends on our shares of common stock, including our shares of Class A common stock, in the future. Any future determination to pay dividends will be made at the discretion of our Board and will depend upon many factors, including our financial condition, earnings, legal and regulatory requirements, restrictions in our debt agreements and other factors our board deems relevant.
